Conference Room

The Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council's Conference Room is available for city, government and educational events. For those agencies who are partners with the RPC, there is no charge. Otherwise, there is a fee and a process in which you will need to follow in order reserve the conference room.


About the Room
The conference room is 1,900 square feet and holds a maximum of 75 people. A view of the floor plan is comming soon!

Reservations
If you are interested in reserving the room for your event, please look at the calendar of events to be sure the room is available. If your date is available, please follow the steps below:

  1. Review Pricing information
  2. Fill out Reservation Form
  3. Print, sign and review the Policies and Guidelines
  4. Fax all signed documents to (239) 338-2560 or return in person to 1926 Victoria Ave., Fort Myers.
